At Signage One, we strive to offer quality digital signage solutions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not yet processed.
• To cancel, please email us at support@signageone.in with your order ID.

Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable only if the product is not delivered or is significantly different from what was described.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refunds On:

• Downloaded or accessed digital products.
• Customized digital signage solutions.
